Home: all Ashgabat hockey clubs (Burgut, Shir, Oguzhan, Alp Arslan) + Turkmenistan national team. Figure skating group also trains here. Hosted April 2024 international tournament (10 teams incl. Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Oman, Uzbekistan). Skate sharpening workshop, equipment rental, ice maintenance garage.
